General
Who exactly is Blue Spirit Hosting for?
Operators who send email at volume (from 50,000 emails per month up to enterprise-scale), adult content businesses, DMCA-sensitive publishers, privacy-conscious developers and anyone who has been suspended once too often by a mainstream SaaS provider. We are not a Wordpress shared host and we will not try to pretend to be one.
Where is Blue Spirit based?
Our operations headquarters is in Copenhagen, Denmark, with engineering and support distributed across Europe and Latin America. Our servers live in the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Moldova and selected partner facilities in the US and Romania.
How do I contact support?
WhatsApp for quick operational questions (number in the footer), email for formal requests, and a ticket system inside the client area for anything requiring a tracked thread. We respond to all channels within one business day and usually within two hours during business hours across the EU and Americas timezones.
What languages do you support?
English and Spanish on every channel, French and Portuguese via email and tickets. If you prefer another language, write to us and we will figure it out.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Monthly plans have no minimum term. Quarterly and annual plans come with discounts in exchange for the commitment. Enterprise contracts are negotiated individually.
Technical
Can I use my existing domains?
Yes. You keep your domains at whatever registrar you use today and we give you the DNS records to publish. We do not require domain transfer or a particular registrar.
Do you provide email addresses (mailboxes) for the domains you host?
Yes, either through webmail on the cPanel/Plesk-based shared plans or through dedicated mail-server setups on VPS and dedicated plans. Our Cold Email Infrastructure product also provides pre-warmed Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
What PHP, Node.js, Python versions are available?
PHP 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 on shared. On VPS and dedicated you install whatever runtime you want — we are stack-agnostic. For email platforms we tune the PHP version per platform (MailWizz likes 8.1, Acelle likes 8.2, Interspire often needs 7.4 with compat layer).
Do I have root SSH access?
On VPS, dedicated and offshore plans — yes. On shared cPanel/Plesk plans, no (but you have full cPanel terminal and file access).
Is IPv6 available?
Yes on every dedicated, VPS and offshore plan. Shared plans get IPv6 where the panel supports it.
Billing and payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, Litecoin, USDT and USDC. We do not accept SEPA or bank transfers for the standard self-service flow; enterprise contracts can be invoiced separately.
Can I pay anonymously?
You can pay in privacy-respecting crypto and we only collect the information needed to operate the account. We do not sell your data and we do not share it except under valid legal process from the jurisdiction where the server sits. Full anonymity is not something we promise — we know who you are — but your identity is not handed out to anyone who asks.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Every deployment is configured by engineers specifically for your setup, so a refund would not compensate for the work already delivered. You can cancel at any point — the service stays active until the end of the paid cycle and then does not renew. We would rather you get into the right plan on day one than promise a fallback we would not actually honour at scale. If you are unsure which plan fits, jump on a call before you buy.
Do you offer a free trial or free tier?
No. This is not Amazon SES or SendGrid; we do not have a free self-serve shelf. Every client gets a setup built by an engineer around their sending profile, jurisdiction and integration needs, which costs us real time on day zero. Instead of a trial, we offer a paid pilot: a short commitment (typically monthly) where you can validate the setup on your real traffic before scaling up. If you need to qualify us first, the Deliverability Audit is the right entry point.
Are the setup fees refundable?
No. Setup fees pay for engineering work we do on your behalf — provisioning, configuration, DNS, authentication, integration — and that work is delivered regardless of whether you continue the subscription. They are not refundable once the work has begun.
Abuse handling and policy
What is your AUP?
We do not host CSAM, non-consensual content, phishing, fraud, malware, content illegal in our hosting jurisdiction or anything that endangers the stability of shared infrastructure. Everything legitimate — including content that some providers treat as risky (legal adult, cold email, whistleblower publishing, crypto) — is welcome subject to normal contractual terms.
How do you handle abuse reports?
Every report is reviewed by a human within one business day. We investigate, classify, communicate with the reporter and with you, and act based on the merits. We do not auto-suspend on complaint count and we do not ignore valid complaints.
What happens if a server gets blacklisted?
Depends on the blacklist. Transient public-list hits we clear quickly. Spamhaus SBL or invaluement we investigate root cause, fix it, then request delisting. If an IP is uneconomic to rehabilitate we rotate it from your pool at no charge.
