Why our pricing is not the cheapest — and why that matters
You can find PowerMTA-style hosting advertised for € 35/month. You can find "bulk SMTP" at € 19. You can find offshore VPS at € 3. We know, because we get weekly emails from clients who have been through all of them and are now asking us to clean up the mess.
The honest cost baseline of properly operated email or offshore infrastructure — dedicated IPs, clean authentication, real monitoring, human support — does not sit below roughly € 80-100/month for dedicated and € 15-20/month for shared. Anything much cheaper is either shared-in-disguise, using recycled dirty IPs, not actually delivering the features described, or burning money on acquisition that comes out of operations.
We price to cover the real cost of operating well and leave a reasonable margin for engineering investment. That is what makes it possible for us to still be answering support tickets in 2030.
Payment methods
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, international bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, Litecoin. Crypto payments get a 5% discount on first-year plans as a thank-you for smoother settlement. All prices are in euros regardless of payment method.
Provisioning timelines
PowerMTA-based hosting (PowerMTA, MailWizz, Acelle, Interspire, Bulk SMTP, Bulletproof SMTP, Cold Email, Dedicated IPs, Offshore VPS, DMCA-Ignored, SMTP Reseller, Deliverability Audit): 3 to 4 business days from payment. We configure the deployment specifically for your sending profile and run real delivery tests against major ISPs before handing it over. We do not skip this step — it is the difference between a server that works for the first hour and one that works for the next three years.
Email and IP Warm-up: the warm-up engine starts within 1 to 2 hours of payment. How quickly you reach genuinely high deliverability is a separate question and depends on the starting state of your IP and domain — fresh assets reach baseline in 30 days and robust reputation in 45 to 60. Pre-existing blocks at Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo, or a domain with degraded historical reputation, will take longer; we tell you the realistic timeline during the audit.
Software Installation Service: the timeline depends entirely on what you are deploying. We confirm the exact delivery window as part of the quote, after a short discovery call. We commit in writing and we hit the date.
Billing cycles and discounts
Monthly billing is the default with no contract. Quarterly billing gets 5% off. Annual billing gets 15% off and includes a free migration from an existing provider. Two-year commitments are only available on dedicated and bare-metal plans and are negotiated case by case.
Refunds and cancellation
Monthly plans: cancel at any time and service stays active until the end of the paid cycle, after which no further charges apply. We do not offer refunds on started cycles — every deployment is configured by engineers for your specific setup, so that work is already delivered on day one. Setup fees cover engineering delivered at provisioning and are likewise non-refundable once work has begun. Enterprise contracts are governed by their own MSA.
